sweet little baskets...

These sweet little baskets are getting packed up and sent off for a very special swap with friends. So fun!

I can't choose a favorite...can you?

Amy Hanna shared the how to for making these baskets in the Spring issue of Inspired Ideas (available here). I found the vintage chocolate mold that I used for the basket on ebay. I also won a couple of lot auctions on ebay to get all those sweet all bisque dolls. And I might get more because just look at this ebay auction. Swoon!

Amy,
Do you have a picture of the mold you used for your baskets?
I've never done this before and want to make sure I am purchasing the correct one to use. Thanks!

Such beautiful baskets! I wish I could receive one! :)

Love your cute baskets. I too have been trying to create this sweet vintage inspirad baskets by Amy. My problem is trying to get the paper clay - mache out in one piece. Are you? Or is there a technique that you can share or maybe it is what I am using.

Hi Amy,
The baskets are beautiful. I especially like the cascading ribbons with the embellishments in the center and the multi-layered flowers. Your recipients will love these! There are so many great projects in that issue.

Cheers,
Sharon :-)

Cute! These would make sweet shower favors, like a bridal shower! (Can you tell my calendar is filled with more weddings this year? All fun!)

Oh, and Happy Birthday! (a tad early) Hugs, Heidi
